We all start as something. This is a given. But what we choose to evolve into throughout our lives is what defines us as individuals. It's what people remember you for. No one remembers what kind of car you drove in the end. No one ever tapes their bank statement to their headstone. People worth remembering are remembered for what they do. Most people don't realize that just by being curious enough or naive enough(sometimes dumb enough) to act on an idea, they will find success. How good the idea is will determine how much but that is unimportant. It's doing that matters. There are doers and there are thinkers. You can think your way into the poor house or swing for the fences until you hit. And AAH..to be a doer and a thinker. What then? Then you are dangerous. But it's the people that get in their own way that fail or never begin in the first place. They carry the limited beliefs of there parents or friends to the grave and never reach their true potential. I'd like to think that these people are TOO smart for their own good. But usually they are just victims of someone else's agenda; the "you can't do that" agenda. No one has control over the circumstances they are born into, their parents financial situation, the agendas of the people around them(good or bad), etc. We do have control over how we let those variables influence our decisions as we navigate through life. Your life is basically a movie. You are whatever character you create. That's essentially what self-esteem is, right? It's the way you feel about you based on the images you've created in your head. You are the producer, the director, and most importantly, the writer. Are you a blockbuster? Would you pay $12 to see you in the theatre? Would you put you in your netflix queue? Think about that.
My objective in this is to observe what I do with new goals, conscious language, no limitations, and a different perspective on life, love, and money. I hope it inspires others to do the same. I know how hard it is to follow our dreams without having the encouragement of others. I also know how much easier it is if you do. I hope I can, in some ways, be that encouragement for someone who really needs it.
